Conditions of Return: Package sent without a return authorization number (RA#) will not be accepted. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent from SK Diamonds within 30 days from the date of the SHIPMENT. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted for return, exchange or repair. Custom orders such as orders with special ring sizes, higher carat weights cannot be accepted back for return or exhcange. Please be advised that all returned items are visually inspected by SK Diamonds personnel. ANY item that has been abused or mishandled, either intentionally or accidentally, may be subject to a repair fee to restore it to its originial condition. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and Insurance: For a secure return of any item, we require using an upgraded courier service, such as FedEx, UPS with a tracking number, insurance and signature confimration required, rather than using a regular mail without such requirements. This will help the buyer guarantee that the package arrives at SK Diamonds facility for quick and easy processing. Packages shipped without a tracking number, insurance and signature confirmation option will not be covered for refund or credit or any other cliams in case the package is lost in transit.
